Raised floor trunking systems are suitable for routing electrical cables beneath raised floor plates. The system lengths of the ducts are adjusted to the system dimension of the raised floor plates. The ducts are used either for cable routing (header) or junctions (branch and make-up) and routing cables for connection to service outlets. Depending on the version, the ducts are available in the widths 225, 300 and 450 mm, and the height 40 mm. The duct bases are divided into three-compartment ducts through the installation of self-contacting separating retainers. The duct lids are locked onto the duct bases using self-contacting duct clamps. The mounting means that all the metallic parts have an electrically conductive connection to each other.
The duct bases, duct lids and separating retainers are made of galvanised sheet steel with a zinc coating of 275 g/m².
